Best Claude Apps is an independent directory of Claude connectors, skills and plugins. You can read every page without an account, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

Reviews

Reviews are written in a form from Makeform, a form product made by the same owner as this site. The form opens only when you click “Write a review”. It asks for a rating, an optional title, your review, a display name, an optional note on how you use it, and your email address.

To check that the email is yours, Makeform emails you a 6-digit code (sent through its email provider, Resend). The form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are a person. Makeform keeps your answers, including your email address, as the form provider; Cloudflare and Resend process their parts under their own privacy policies.

Makeform then sends your review to us. We store your rating, title, review, display name and use note, plus a one-way, salted hash of your email address. We don’t store the address itself. The hash lets us keep one review per person per listing. Your display name, rating and review are shown publicly; your email never is.

Reviews posted before we started verifying emails were stored with a one-way, salted hash of the IP address, the browser’s user-agent string and, if the reviewer gave one, an email address. That email is never shown either.

Page views

We count page views with a self-hosted copy of Plausible Analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn’t store IP addresses or anything that identifies you; we only see totals such as how many people opened a page and which outbound links they followed.

Helpful votes

When you mark a review as helpful we store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address so each person counts once. Your browser also remembers the vote in local storage so the button stays pressed. Nothing else is sent.

Your choices

To change your review, send a new one for the same listing with the same email; it replaces the old one. To have a review deleted, email [email protected] from the address you used and tell us which listing it is on. We delete it from our database and ask Makeform to delete the submission too.

Listing pages link to Anthropic’s sites and to developers’ own websites and pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
